In order to start the membership application process you will need to:
* Complete (in full) our application. A copy of the application can be obtained from our office or by printing off a copy of the PDF file below.
* Once you have completed the application, drop it off at our office along with the requested fees and documents. Please note that application will not be accepted if not completed, without fees or required documents.
* You will be contacted to attend a membership selection interview.
* You will receive the decision of the Board of Directors.
* If accepted, you will be placed on the waiting list for an appropriate unit.
When a unit becomes available, you will be contacted and arrangements will be made to view the unit, if you accept the unit, sign an occupancy agreement and receive a copy of the co-op by-laws.
